On Sept. 23, Jacob and Tracy Bielecki Smith purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3263 Gresham Lane, Aurora from Mark E. Ungewitter for $245,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $5,626.14. This is 2.3% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $210,000 on July 3, 2018.

So far in September 2021, 53 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 3263 Gresham Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Georgina L. Bonacchi, 51, Jeffrey Riggs, 38, and Jennifer Morton Riggs, 41.
