On Sept. 23, Sharad Choudhary and Priyanka Nasa purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 589 Conservatory Lane, Aurora from Ryan McGrath for $218,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,191.64, which is 2.38% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 53 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 589 Conservatory Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alexander Tsagaris, S. McGrath, 38, Laura J. Botas, 51, Shelbey L Rolison, 26, and Cassandra Tsagaris, 22.
