On Sept. 24, Christian Bokich and Alina Pulbere purchased a home at 42 W. Taylor Road, Lombard from Phyllis Demito for $380,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $7,551.54. This is 1.99% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $254,000 on Aug. 5, 2004.

So far in September 2021, 46 properties sold in Lombard.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Phyllis L. Demito has been registered to vote since 2013 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 42 W. Taylor Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tyler Demito, 25, and Phyllis L. Demito, 43.
