In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $76,196.78, which is 3.24% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this commercial property sold was April 5, 2007. It last sold for $2,100,000.

So far in September 2021, eight properties sold in Dupage City.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 1401 Four Lakes Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kenneth G Donnellon, 77, and Diane Carol Donnellon, 75.
