On Sept. 24, Cullen (trust) sold their home at 456 Poplar Ave., Elmhurst to Timothy and Sonia Dziubek for $885,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $13,457.22, which is 1.52% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 32 properties sold in Elmhurst.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were nine registered voters residing at 456 Poplar Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Greg Choyke, 38, Brian Cullen, Samantha F Choyke, 33, Christopher Choyke, Meredith Choyke, 37, Christopher Choyke, 72, Kristen Cullen, Barbara S Choyke, 72, and Gregory Choyke, 38.
