On Aug. 30, Adeshkumar Matumadugu and Ushadivya Tirupathi purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1348 Burnett Drive, Aurora from David Meyers for $372,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $8,321.74, which is 2.24% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 13, 2004. It last sold for $262,500.

So far in August 2021, 107 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David G. Meyers has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1348 Burnett Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lynn A. Meyers, 50, Sandra Dymbrowski, 77, Madeline Meyers, and David G. Meyers, 53.
