On Aug. 31, Martin E. and Ewelina Kurczak purchased a home at 6617 Oak Tree Trail, Woodridge from Derek J Smith for $365,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $7,252.32, 1.99% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 28, 2001. It last sold for $205,000.

So far in August 2021, 48 properties sold in Woodridge.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Derek Smith has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least 15 primary elections, records show, including eight Democratic Primaries and seven Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6617 Oak Tree Trail as of Oct. 10, 2020: Derek Smith, 59, and Mary S. Graml, 55.
