On Aug. 31, Dane Pellegrini sold their four bedroom, four bathroom home at 515 S. Stewart Ave., Lombard to Sarah A. Blaszczyk and Matthew Rahn for $480,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $9,519.92. This is 1.98% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $425,000 on June 7, 2019.

So far in August 2021, 66 properties sold in Lombard.
