Nicole Picchiottino acquires 1215 Evergreen Drive, Carol Stream

On Aug. 31, Nicole Picchiottino purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1215 Evergreen Drive, Carol Stream from Ryan C. Brockway for $300,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $6,949.80, which is 2.32% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 19, 2015 for $228,000.

So far in August 2021, 69 properties sold in Carol Stream.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ryan Brockway has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1215 Evergreen Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sarah Brockway, 44, Ryan Brockway, 44, and Shaye McIernon.
