The home at 1304 Murdstone Drive, Naperville was sold on Aug. 31 by George C. Ling for $510,000. The buyers were Shabbir Ul Haque and Shaista Shabbir.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $10,039.02, 1.97% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 13, 2007. It last sold for $402,000.

So far in August 2021, 166 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, George Ling has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1304 Murdstone Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael Ling, 30, and George Ling, 69.
