On Aug. 31, Dpm Management LLC purchased a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 3535 Princeton Ave., Aurora from Rahul Hirave for $178,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,768.64, 2.12% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 3, 2014. It last sold for $117,000.

So far in August 2021, 107 properties sold in Aurora.
