On Aug. 31, Andrew J. Pierson and Evelina A. Zabawa purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1006 Bradford Drive, Naperville from Latrice Haggerty for $310,000.

This home last sold for $240,000 on Oct. 21, 2010.

So far in August 2021, 166 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Latrice Haggerty has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 1006 Bradford Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Latrice Haggerty, Adrian Glodz, 44, Urszula Glodz, 42, Danuta Wiszowata, and A. K. Peart, 65.
