A. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person, at the beginning of the meeting. Any comment on Zoning items must be limited to discussion of testimony and/or evidence presented in the Zoning Board of Appeals. No new testimony or evidence can be presented.

A. 20 Minute Presentation by Teska Associates of the Route 83 Land Use Plan Summary

B. DC-O-0085-21 ORDINANCE -- Z21-062 – Rosales: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain less than 3 feet from the interior side property line (approximately 1.3 feet), where the shed has existed for at least 5 years. (Milton/ District 4) (Generally located northeast of Butterfield Road and Gray Avenue, on the south side of Ahlstrand Road) ZHO Recommendation to Approve

C. DC-O-0086-21 ORDINANCE -- Z21-064 – Backman: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to approve the following zoning relief: 1. Variation to increase the height of a 50% open fence in a corner side yard from 4.5 feet to approximately 6 feet. 2. Conditional Use to allow an existing shed to remain less than 30 feet from the corner side property line (approximately 5.44 feet), where it has existed for more than 5 years. (Winfield/ District 6) (Located at the southeast corner of Barnes Avenue and Mc Donald Avenue) ZHO Recommendation to Approve

D. DC-O-0087-21 ORDINANCE -- Z21-065 – Karas: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow existing shed to remain less than 3 feet from the interior side property line (approximately 2 feet), where it has existed for at least 5 years. (Milton/ District 4) (Generally located southeast of Gary Avenue and Doris Avenue, on the east side of Fanchon Street) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
