A. ORDINANCE -- Recommendation to Amend ODT-021R-89, DuPage County Fair Share Road Improvement Impact Fee Ordinance, to include new expenditure and fee mitigation policies, and updates to impact fee rate schedule, Ordinance ODT-021S-89 is proposed to go into effect 12/1/21.
9. REQUISITIONS
A. Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to ComEd, to provide electric services, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the four year period of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2025, for a contract total not to exceed $575,000. (Public Utility)
B. Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Nicor Gas, to provide natural gas distribution services, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the four year period of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2025, for a contract total not to exceed $60,000 (Public Utility)
10. AUTHORIZATION TO TRAVEL
A. Authorization for Overnight Travel -- Highway Maintenance Supervisor to travel to Bloomington, Illinois from October 19, 2021 through October 20, 2021 to attend the annual Illinois Public Works Mutual Aide Network Conference. Expenses to include transportation, lodging and meals, for an estimated County cost of $293.62.
B. Authorization for Overnight Travel -- Highway Maintenance Supervisor to travel to Bloomington, Illinois from October 19, 2021 through October 20, 2021 to attend the annual Illinois Public Works Mutual Aide Network Conference.
