183 Hillcrest Ave., Glen Ellyn acquired by Andrew Thomas and Jessica King Neidlinger

On Aug. 13, Andrew Thomas and Jessica King Neidlinger purchased a home at 183 Hillcrest Ave., Glen Ellyn from Edward C. Sigler for $475,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,699.80, 2.04% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 32 properties sold in Glen Ellyn.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Edward C. Sigler has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least 15 primary elections, records show, including 15 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 183 Hillcrest Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vilma P. D. Sigler, 92, and Edward C. Sigler, 90.
