On Aug. 9, Pralay Kumar Pal 2013 (trustee) sold their home at 8956 Oxford St., Woodridge to Nashed G N Gobran and Manal Khalil for $480,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $8,122.26. This is 1.69% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $299,000 on Oct. 24, 2001.

So far in August 2021, nine properties sold in Woodridge.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Pralay K. Pal has been registered to vote since 2002 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 8956 Oxford St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Pralay K. Pal, 68, Sandip Pal, 29, and Shanta Pal, 59.
