On Aug. 10, Ralph Saile (trustee) sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1273 Bridge Court, Bartlett to Madhat K Masri and Mira K Egbaria for $426,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,398.96, 2.21% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 8, 1998. It last sold for $237,000.

So far in August 2021, five properties sold in Bartlett.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ralph Saile has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1273 Bridge Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Oliver Saile, 23, Landon Saile, 27, Ralph Saile, 58, and Ernastine M. Saile, 59.
