DuPage County Stormwater Management Committee Met May 4.

7:30 AM meeting was called to order by Chair James Zay at 7:30 AM.

Chairman Zay recognized ASA Tony Hayman's last meeting and wished him well on his upcoming retirement. The Chairman thanked him for his many years of service to the County and the Stormwater Management Department.

A. Budget Transfers -- Approval of Transfer of Funds: $25,250.00 from 1600-3000-53830 (Other Contractual Expenses) to 1600-3000-53806 (Software Licenses) to reimburse IT for Adobe and Network charges for FY21. These changes were unforeseen at the time the FY21 Departmental Budget was developed.

B. Budget Transfers -- Approval of Transfer of Funds: $80,000 from 1600-3000-53830 (Other Contractual Expenses) to 1600-3000-53370 (Repair & Mtce Other Equipment). Stormwater Management has had two major pieces of equipment in need of repair in recent months. When the FY21 budget was developed neither of these items were in need of repair/maintenance. A pump repair for a stormwater pump in the East Lobe Pump Station of the Elmhurst Quarry was not operating and was pulled/inspected and repaired (Xylem - $24,948.02) and the County Owned Crane truck suffered damage and the repair cost was also unanticipated (Runnion - $52,634.51).

The motion was to receive and place on file the staff reports as presented. Chairman Zay thanked staff for their participation in the SCARCE event held on May 1st.

Professional Services in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/ et. seq. Vetted Through a qualification based selection process (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors).

Jackson Street, in the Village of Villa Park, contingent on the approval of project’s Stormwater Certification by Villa Park.
