The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $7,931.34, 2.88% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $201,500 on April 25, 2002.

So far in July 2021, 47 properties sold in Hanover Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 1244 Hialeah Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kathy Napolitano, 66, Albino Napolitano, 61, and Jeff Graham, 34.
