The two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 438 Jamestown Court, Aurora was sold on June 30 by Joshua Ford for $208,500. The buyers were Wanwei Wu and Shen Liu.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,604.64, 2.21% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 20, 2017. It last sold for $175,500.

So far in June 2021, 133 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joshua Ford has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 438 Jamestown Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joshua Ford, 38, Leah Strejcek, 34, and Amanda R. Ford, 35.
