The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3257 Bremerton Lane, Aurora was sold on June 30 by Christopher R. Dote for $237,000. The buyers were Omar Rodriquez and Marcela Serna Garcia.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $5,191.70, which is 2.19% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 20, 2009 for $161,000.

So far in June 2021, 133 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Christopher Dote has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 3257 Bremerton Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brenda Lee Richards, 72, Jennifer Anderson, 28, Yasmin Ali, 53, and Christopher Dote, 29.
