On June 15, Jeffrey A. and Liza D. Schieszler purchased a home at 261 Arboretum Circle, Wheaton from Daniel J. Tweedie for $780,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $17,155.36. This is 2.2% of the sale price of the home.
