June 2021: Home prices in Naperville (Will County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Naperville in Will County rose by $88,750 while total sales increased by 20.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $528,750 - a 20.2% increase over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Naperville in June 2020.
