Census Bureau: 77.5 percent of people in Carol Stream were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 39,726 citizens living in Carol Stream in 2019, 30,770 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 16,378 of those people were female and 14,392 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
