DC-O-0037-21 ORDINANCE -- Z20-093 -Mirza: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to deny the following zoning relief: Variation to reduce lot size for two new lots serviced with well and septic, from required 40,000 sq. ft./each lot to approximately 15,818 sq. ft. for proposed Lot 1 and approximately 15,400 sq. ft. for proposed Lot 2.
