A. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person, at the beginning of the meeting. Any comment on Zoning items must be limited to discussion of testimony and/or evidence presented in the Zoning Board of Appeals. No new testimony or evidence can be presented.

A. Permits - Special Events -- SE-01-21 Naperville C.C. Fireworks Display: To approve the special event action item: The Naperville County Club Firework Display to be held on June 27, 2021. (Lisle/ District 5) (Generally located west of Naper Boulevard and Chicago Avenue, on the north side of Chicago Avenue)

B. Permits - Special Events -- SE-02-21 Naperville C.C. Fireworks Display: To approve the special event action item: The Naperville County Club Firework Display to be held on August 21, 2021. (Lisle/ District 5) (Generally located west of Naper Boulevard and Chicago Avenue, on the north side of Chicago Avenue)

C. Permits - Special Events -- SE-03-21 Medinah C.C. Fourth of July Fireworks Display: To approve the special event action item: The Medinah Country Club Fourth of July Fireworks Display to be held on July 4, 2021. (Bloomingdale/ District 1) (Located northeast of Lake Street and Medinah Road)

D. Permits - Special Events -- SE-04-21 Ruth Lake C.C. Fourth of July Fireworks Display: To approve the special event action item: The Ruth Lake Country Club Fourth of July Fireworks Display to be held on July 4, 2021. (Downers Grove N/ District 3) (Located northeast of Route 83 and 63rd Street)

E. DC-O-0037-21 ORDINANCE -- Z20-093 -Mirza: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to deny the following zoning relief: Variation to reduce lot size for two new lots serviced with well and septic, from required 40,000 sq. ft./each lot to approximately 15,818 sq. ft. for proposed Lot 1 and approximately 15,400 sq. ft. for proposed Lot 2. (Bloomingdale/ District 1) (Located at the southeast corner of Swift Road and Sidney Avenue) ZHO Recommendation to Deny

F. DC-O-0039-21 ORDINANCE -- Z21-022 –Slavik: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Variation to allow a non-hard surface driveway (gravel with geo-grid/eco-grid). (Winfield/ District 6) (Located southwest of Williams Road and Renouf Drive) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
