On April 28, 2021, Benjamin R. and Erica Brown purchased a home at 314 N. Washington St., Westmont from Bertha Cebular for $340,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,687.74, 1.67% of the sale price of the home.

In April 2021, 40 properties sold in Westmont.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bertha A. Cebular has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one for Republicans.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 314 N. Washington St., Westmont as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bertha A. Cebular, 66, and Anna Cebular, 90.
