The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $11,125.80, 2.23% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 14, 2001 for $372,000.

In April 2021, 36 properties sold in Lisle.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joseph Waldusky has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one for Republicans.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4526 Hatch Lane, Lisle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stephanie Waldusky, 52, and Joseph Waldusky, 58.
