St. Charles (DuPage County) home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in St. Charles in DuPage County rose by $31,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 15.5% increase over the $203,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in St. Charles in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Charles for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,105, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
