On March 31, 2021, Ashley M. Vazquez purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 2867 Shelly Lane, Aurora from James Rogers for $180,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,879.58, 2.16% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 3, 2016 for $139,000.

In March 2021, 91 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James E. Rogers has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including three for Democrats and one for Republicans.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2867 Shelly Lane, Aurora as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael Ridgway, 44, Laura Rogers, 54, and James E. Rogers, 44.
