On March 22, 2021, Justin and Sarah Wilbern purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 43 W. Hattendorf, Roselle from Shawn M Snyder for $248,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,270.84, 2.53% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 16, 2011 for $209,500.

In March 2021, 45 properties sold in Roselle.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Shawn Snyder has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three for Republicans.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 43 W. Hattendorf, Roselle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jamie Detwiler, 42, and Shawn Snyder, 46.
