On March 23, 2021, Charles Aaron and Heather Leigh Shipman purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 40 Norfolk Court, Aurora from Russell T. Morgan Jr. for $334,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $8,603.90, 2.58% of the sale price of the home.

In March 2021, 77 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Russ Morgan has been registered to vote since 1994 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including one for Democrats and two for Republicans.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 40 Norfolk Court, Aurora as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michelle Morgan, 54, Geneva Morgan, 81, Russ Morgan, 56, Kylie Morgan, 27, Mary A. Novak, 59, and Jessica L. Morgan, 30.
