On March 17, 2021, Prateek Goel and Neha Ohri purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3421 Bradbury Circle, Aurora from Karen L Polenz for $245,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $6,610.38, which is 2.7% of the sale price of the home.

In March 2021, 62 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Karen L. Polenz (58) has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two for Democrats.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that Polenz was the only registered voter residing at 3421 Bradbury Circle, Aurora as of Oct. 10, 2020.
