On March 18, 2021, Griffin (trust) purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1504 Harbour Towne Place, Aurora from Syed Asif Baksh for $350,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $8,694.28, which is 2.48% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $270,000 on June 13, 2013.

In March 2021, 62 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Syed Baksh has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one for Democrats. Syed A. Baksh has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1504 Harbour Towne Place, Aurora as of Oct. 10, 2020: Syed Baksh, 41, Syed A. Baksh, 85, and Namath Baksh, 37.
