Current Lisle mayoral candidate bragged about urinating on Ronald Reagan's boyhood home in 2016

Stephen A. Winz, a current mayoral candidate for Lisle and a member of the Village Board of Trustees, once posted on Facebook that he urinated on Ronald Reagan’s boyhood home.

Winz “checked in” on Facebook at Ronald Reagan’s Boyhood Home in Dixon on Sept. 2, 2016. He posted several photos with the post.

“Just stopped to take a piss on the side of this house for Labor Day Weekend,” Winz wrote on the Facebook post.

Winz is running for mayor of Lisle currently. He touts himself as a fifth-generation Lisle resident, current village trustee, 20-year operating engineer and as someone who funded the inaugural Industrial Arts Scholarship. He uses the hashtag #EverybodyWinz on social media.

Winz was elected as a village trustee in 2019. His term lasts until 2023.
