Approval of this item will declare that the need for confidentiality still exists for the minutes of closed session meetings held on September 21, 2020.

A. An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2019-4825 Granting an Extension to the Expiration Date of Building Code Variations Granted to the DuPage AME Church Food Pantry Located at 4324 Yackley Avenue
Approval of this ordinance will amend Ordinance 2019-4825 and grant an extension to the expiration date of building code variations granted to the DuPage AME Church food pantry located at 4324 Yackley Avenue.
B. A Resolution Authorizing a First Amendment to the Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Agreement between the Village of Lisle and Lakeshore Recycling Systems
Approval of the proposed resolution will authorize the execution of a contract amendment extending the contract length two years and establishing collection rates.
C. A Resolution Amending the Lisle Business Assistance Program to Include a 50% Reimbursement of On-Premise Consumption Liquor License Renewal Fees for 2021
Approval of this resolution will amended the Lisle Business Assistance Program to include a partial fee renewal for on-premise consumption liquor license renewal fees.
D. An Ordinance for the Levy and Assessment of Taxes for the Fiscal Year Beginning May 1, 2020 and Ending April 30, 2021 of the Village of Lisle, County of DuPage, State of Illinois
Approval of the proposed ordinance will provide for the levy and assessment of taxes for the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 2020 and Ending April 30, 2021.
E. An Ordinance Approving the Abatement Taxes Levied for 2019 for General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Alternative Revenue Source), Series 2016 of the Village of Lisle, DuPage County, Illinois
Approval of this ordinance will abate taxes levied for 2020 for General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2016.
