Burr Ridge Community Consolidated School District 180 issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
The Burr Ridge CCSD 180 Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the proposal for an e-learning program recommended for implementation district-wide to be used during emergency closing days. The district would use the current remote learning plans which are already in place on emergency closing (snow) days. The public hearing will take place at the beginning of the regularly scheduled Board meeting at 6:00PM on Monday, November 2, 2020 and will be held at Burr Ridge Middle School in the school gym located at 15W451 91st Street, Burr Ridge IL.
As permitted by Governor's Pritzker's Executive Orders 2020-40 the Burr Ridge CCSD 180 Board of Education, DuPage County, Illinois will convene an in-person, regular meeting in the Burr Ridge Middle School Gym at 6:00PM on Monday, November 2, 2020.
Attendance at the meeting will require use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including face coverings;
• No more than 50 individuals will be permitted to gather in the gym. Should more than that number be in attendance an additional room for watching the meeting will be established,
• Attendees will be required to observe social distancing seating on the bleachers will be provided,
• By entering the building, attendees are self-certifying that they are free of COVID-19 symptoms including a fever of over 100.4F.
