Jeanne Ives hosted a Virtual Back to School Town Hall for parents. The panel of experts included Executive Director for NAMI DuPage Geri Kerger, and Dr. Kevin Most, Chief of Medical Staff at Northwestern Medicine at CDH, and History and Economics Teacher Tom Rooney.
“I wanted to do this because a lot of parents had questions about why back-to-school plans had changed so many times,” said Jeanne Ives. “They also have concerns about the socio-emotional impact on their children. No one else was putting together something that would address all of the concerns we were hearing. So I put it together. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of information that our experts were able to provide. And I am grateful to everyone who participated.”
