Bloomingdale School District 13 issued the following announcement on Aug. 4.

Please take this opportunity to choose what you feel is best from the available option(s) for your child(ren) that can best address student safety, their academic recovery, and their social and emotional support system through the schools.

You have until noon on Wednesday, August 5 to complete this survey. Please complete one survey for each child in your household. Should you fail to complete the survey, your child will be placed with the in person instruction group.
