Grant funded.

B. Change Order -- HHS-P-0112A-20 - Amendment to Resolution HHS-P-0112-20, issued to Insight Public Sector, Inc. for Lenovo ThinkPads and docking stations for DuPage County Community Services, to increase contract 4534-0001-SERV, in the amount of $2,940, resulting in an amended contract total not to exceed $35,658.00 an increase of 8.99%. Funded by the CSBG grant. (COVID ITEM)

11. JUDICIAL/PUBLIC SAFETY - ECKHOFF

A. JPS-P-0163-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Dr. Tara Fullmer, to provide and complete comprehensive evaluation of offenders that are referred by the court, for Probation & Court Services. The hourly rate for this contract is $45.00 per hour, for the period June 13, 2020 through June 12, 2021, for a contract total not to exceed $90,000.00. Other Professional Services not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(a). Vendor selected pursuant to DuPage County Code Section2-300.4- 108 (1) (b)

1. 2020-125 Recommendation for the approval of a contract with LAI, Ltd., for replacement of four (4) return activated sludge electric valve actuators and startup services, for Public Works, for a total contract amount not to exceed $21,900, per lowest responsible bid #20-049-PW

B. DT-R-0372-20 RESOLUTION -- Letter of Intent between the County of DuPage and Illinois Department of Transportation for Intelligent Transportation System Projects along Illinois Route 56/Butterfield Road and Illinois Route 64/North Avenue.

E. DT-P-0160-20 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to AT&T Corp., to provide telecommunication services, as needed for the Division of Transportation owned traffic signals, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 21, 2021, for a contract total not to exceed $45,000; Per renewal option under RFP 17-002-LG, second of three options to renew.

F. Change Order -- DT-P-0004A-15 - Amendment to resolution DT-P-0004-15, issued to Santacruz Associates, Ltd., for Professional Right-of-Way Negotiation Services, as needed for the Division of Transportation, to increase the funding in the amount of $15,000 and extend the contract completion date through June 30, 2021, resulting in an amended contract total amount of $105,000, an increase of 16.67%.

G. Amendment -- DT-R-0367A-19 - Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0367-19, Renewal of Membership Agreement between the County of DuPage and JULIE, Inc., for utility locate services, as needed for the Division of Transportation, to increase the funding in the amount of $402.39 and close, resulting in a final County cost of $29,956.25, an increase of 1.36%.

H. Amendment -- DT-R-0906A-18 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0906-18, Local Public Agency Agreement Amendment #1 for Federal Participation between the County of DuPage and Illinois Department of Transportation for improvements to CH 35/55th Street, from Dunham Road to Clarendon Hills Road, Section 11-00302-04-CH, to adjust County/Federal cost shares for construction engineering.

Authorization for Overnight Travel -- Heavy Equipment Crew Leader to travel to Effingham, Illinois from October 4, 2020 through October 9, 2020 to attend the Illinois Public Service Institute Focus on Service Excellence (1 of 3) to provide training in the areas of supervisory skills, leadership development and service excellence.
