Illinois State House District 45 issued the following announcement on May 28.
State Rep. Diane Pappas, D-Itasca, is promoting the state’s new website, Illinois Get Hired, to help residents regain employment during the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.
“As a result of this unprecedented health crisis, many Illinoisans have lost their jobs and sources of income,” said Papas. “Residents can refer to our state’s new job website to help them find work and get back on their feet.”
Pappas is promoting the state’s new website Illinois Get Hired to help residents find employment during the pandemic. Businesses looking to hire can post job openings and search resumes, and those looking for jobs can find opportunities in their area and take advantage of virtual job fairs.
