A. Call to Order

B. Public Comment (Non Agenda Items)

On March 16, 2020, Governor Pritzker issued Executive Order. No. 5 in response to COVID-19, which temporary suspended certain requirements of the Open Meetings Act ILCS 120.

All public comment submitted prior to the Public Comment portion of the agenda will be read into the official record and any comments received during the meeting will be read into the appropriate portion of the agenda. Please complete the Police Pension Board public comment form, which can be found at www.glenellyn.org/publiccomment. These temporary meeting procedures will be eliminated once the emergency declaration is lifted.

C. Approval of Minutes

1. Police Pension Board - Special Meeting - Jan 21, 2020 7:30 PM

D. Investment Report and Recommendations

1. Christopher Caparelli from Marquette Associates will present the First Quarter 2020 report as well as recommendations for the investment portfolio.

E. Approval of Expenses

1. Approve the Expense Vouchers in the amount of $22,791.91 and Pension Expenses in the amount of $619,698.54 for a total of $642,490.45

F. Approval of Membership Changes / Contribution Refunds / Transfers

1. Motion to accept the following new officers into the Glen Ellyn Police Pension Fund: Cody Sollis (effective February 7, 2020), James Roberts (effective February 7, 2020), Konstantin Mikalayenia (effective February 7, 2020), Christopher Haire (effective April 3, 2020), Alisson Ramirez (effective April 3, 2020), Tyler Schaefer (effective April 3, 2020)

2. Motion to approve a surviving spouse pension to Linda Thiele in the monthly amount of $10,009.27, effective February 23, 2020.

G. Approval of Fiduciary Liability Insurance Bond

1. Motion to approve renewal of Fiduciary Insurance Policy with Rockwood Company/Travelers Insurance in the amount of $4,940.00.

H. Other Business
