6. BUDGET TRANSFERS

A. 2020-41 Recommendation for approval of a contract purchase order to HOV Services Inc, for professional services to perform scanning of one-year of Building and Zoning permit files, for the period February 18, 2020 through November 30, 2020, for Building & Zoning, for a contract total amount not to exceed $12,400, per attached Quote #20- 010-BZ.

7. REGULATORY SERVICES

A. DC-O-0021-20 ORDINANCE -- Z19-062 – ORDINANCE – Trillium Company: The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended to deny the following zoning relief: Conditional Use for Planned Development with exceptions: 1. To reduce lot size from 40,000 sq. ft. to approximately 7,226 sq. ft.; 2. To reduce lot width from 125 ft to approximately 60 ft.; 3. To reduce corner lot width from 150 ft. to approximately 63 ft.; 4. To reduce front yard setback from 30 ft. to approximately 25 ft.; 5. To reduce corner side setback from 30 ft. to approximately 15 ft.; 6. To reduce rear yard setback from 25 ft. to 0 ft. for Lots 1-8; and 7. To increase Floor Area Ratio (F.A.R) from 0.25 to 0.6. (Winfield/ District 6) (Generally located west of Winfield Road on Purnell Road) ZBA VOTE (to Deny): 6 Ayes, 1 Nays, 0 Absent

B. DC-O-0023-20 ORDINANCE -- Z20-002 – ORDINANCE – Zhao: The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended to deny the following zoning relief: Conditional Use to allow a Class C restaurant in a B-1 Zoning District. (Milton/ District 4) (Located at the southwest corner of Geneva Road and Pleasant Hill Road) ZBA VOTE (to Deny): 7 Ayes, 0 Nays, 0 Absent
