BLOOMINGDALE PARK DISTRICT: HOUSEHOLD INFORMATION CHANGE COMING FEBRUARY 5

Webp park 12

Bloomingdale Park District issued the following announcement on Jan. 27.

To better service our customers, the Bloomingdale Park District will soon be upgrading its registration software. In order to manage a more accurate database, individuals will no longer be able to change household information online as of February 5, 2020.

Therefore, any changes and/or additions to household information must be done directly with the Park District. Some information may be changed via the phone, however information relating to residency must be done in person at the Johnston Recreation Center, 172 S. Circle Ave., in Bloomingdale.

In order to prove residency, it is necessary to provide a picture ID along with a copy of a recent utility bill, lease or bank statement with the participant’s name. To add a child, it is necessary to provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate. Non-residents may be added to the household database via the phone.

We encourage all new applicants to come into the Johnston Recreation Center for a tour of our renovated facility and a welcome packet. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you soon! Contact [email protected] or 630-529-3650 for more information.
