B.Accept staff recommendation, waive second reading. and pass ordinance O2019-61, reducing the number of Class A-2 liquor licenses from ten (10) to nine (9)

C.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2019-62, amending the Warrenville Zoning Ordinance regarding cannabis business establishments

D.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2019-63, amending Title 3 of the Warrenville City Code to adopt a municipal cannabis retailer’s occupation tax

E.Accept staff recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2019-64, revising the schedule of job classifications and authorized personnel strength for FY 2020

F.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2019-55, approving a renewal quote for City insurance coverages for calendar year 2020, from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., in the amount of $475,997

G.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and direct the City Attorney to draft a resolution continuing the Ride DuPage program indefinitely, and direct staff to create a plan retiring the ACORN Van program, effective April 30, 2020

H.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and approve the request to solicit donations for Special Olympics Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run 2020 calendar year events

I.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and approve a request to fill a temporary sixth Police Sergeant position for the time frame of mid-December 2019 through June 6, 2020

J.Accept Public Safety and Finance Committee recommendation and authorize staff to begin advertising, and to fill, an Accounting Clerk II position within the Finance Department

K.Receive and file minutes of the Environmental Advisory Commission regular meeting held on October 23, 2019
