Woodridge (DuPage County) home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Woodridge in DuPage County rose by $6,200 while total sales increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 145 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $257,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 139 homes sold in Woodridge in the first half of 2018.
