Lisle home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Lisle fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,500 - a 2.4% decrease over the $308,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Lisle in the first half of 2018.
