Itasca home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Itasca rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Itasca in the first half of 2018.
