Elmhurst (DuPage County) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Elmhurst in DuPage County fell by $17,000 while total sales increased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 288 homes sold, with a median sale price of $393,000 - a 4.1% decrease over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 265 homes sold in Elmhurst in the first half of 2018.
