Hinsdale (DuPage County) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Hinsdale in DuPage County fell by $87,750 while total sales increased by 15.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 129 homes sold, with a median sale price of $850,000 - a 9.4% decrease over the $937,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Hinsdale in the first half of 2018.
