York Center home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in York Center fell by $31,750 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,500 - a 19.1% decrease over the $166,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in York Center in the second quarter of 2018.
